About this beta
LeadMaps is a private beta for collecting and organizing publicly available business information. The operating legal entity, business address, and privacy contact must be finalized before public paid launch. This notice describes the implemented beta defaults.
Information we hold
We store account email and name, a protected password hash, session records, collection requests, business results, notes, tags, credit transactions, export metadata, integration settings, and inquiry details. Public business contacts can identify individuals. We do not treat public availability as unrestricted permission for every use.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email, name, and a stable account identifier so we can create or authenticate your workspace. We request only basic identity permissions, not access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google account content. Google access and refresh tokens are not retained. Sign-in attempts expire after ten minutes. You can request account closure through Contact us and manage third-party connections in your Google account.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to operate your workspace, process requested collections and exports, prevent abuse, handle support, and maintain billing records. Configured hosting, storage, email, payment, and CRM providers process information for their respective functions. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in this app. Provider identities and international transfer arrangements must be disclosed before public launch.
Retention
Raw collection files and generated export files are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Inactive free and sample datasets are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Paid saved datasets remain until deletion or a disclosed post-cancellation period. The operator must run the retention task regularly. Backups may retain deleted data until their rotation completes; billing records may require separate retention.
Your choices
Request access, correction, account closure, or removal of personal information using Contact us. Include enough information to identify the relevant workspace or source listing. We may request proportionate verification. Do not submit identity documents until requested through a suitable secure channel.
Security
Workspace ownership checks, scoped revocable API keys, encrypted integration credentials, private exports, and expiring authenticated downloads protect customer data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account, API keys, and downloaded files secure.
