LEADMAPS FOR CALLING TEAMS
A calling list you can work through, not just download.
Finding a business is only the start. Before a call, you still need a number, a reason to speak to that business and somewhere to record what happened. LeadMaps keeps the business details and your working notes together, so the next session does not start with another round of copying listings into a spreadsheet.

Choose a focused market
Start with one business category and a city, such as auto repair shops in Melbourne, Australia. Set a maximum number of leads you can realistically review. You can research other countries too; available listings and contact details vary by area.
Collect the phone details you need
Choose Required for Phone number if a business without one would be unusable for your task. Choose Available if you also want to keep businesses for later research. A required phone can reduce the number delivered. Leave review collection off when review text is not part of the brief, then check the maximum credit charge before starting.
Prepare and record each conversation
Open the source listing and website to check the business before calling. Keep your research and call outcome in notes, and update the lead status when you take the corresponding action. A listed number is not a guarantee that the business is reachable or interested. LeadMaps does not place calls or automatically verify phone numbers.
Continue in the workspace or hand off a file
Organize reviewed businesses into a saved list and return to it for the next session. If you need a spreadsheet, choose the Calling List template and export that list, the current filtered view or selected records. Excel, CSV and JSON exports of saved results use no collection credits. Check phone formatting before importing into another tool.
Before you use the list
- Does this business fit the offer and location?
- Have I checked the source and the available phone number?
- Are my notes and lead status up to date?
- Have I checked the rules that apply to this outreach?
LeadMaps is a business research and list workspace, not a dialer. Public phone numbers do not establish permission to call. Check the applicable calling rules and suppression requirements for the recipient's location before outreach. LeadMaps does not automatically check do-not-call registers or manage suppression lists.
Keep the handoff clear.
Use the export guide for a Calling List handoff, or the agency workflow to keep service-fit research beside each prospect.
